Pinot Gris
Like many other vines, it was imported from France, and also the excellence of this wine is responsible for the fame of the Collio. It is a wine of character, fruity, in which particular aromas are interpenetrated, by fermentation and partial maturation of the wood, initially with a strong personality, then more harmonious that stimulate olfactory emotions. At the tasting you can feel the dried hay, the husk of the walnut, the scent of peach, walnut and custard. They are instinctive and well-defined analogies. It is a warm soft wine, with a very discreet acidity and a pleasant sensation of fullness and finesse, harmonized by the aging in tonneau of at least 10% of the same wine.

For us, Rosso di Montalcino is a wine of primary importance. For its production we use grapes from dedicated vineyards that receive the same attention and care that we place in those destined for the production of Brunelli. The uniqueness of the terroir is reflected in that of the wine that expresses all the passion for the land and for the vineyard and the meticulous work resulting from a long multigenerational experience. The strong recognizability of this wine is also due to our mass selection of Sangiovese

Produced with 100% Montepulciano d'Abruzzo grapes, it ages in large oak for over 20 months. This is followed by a rest of at least 6 months in the bottle. Intense ruby red color with garnet reflections, the nose is very intense and persistent, with aromas of very ripe red fruit (berries, jam) and with toasted hints of cocoa. The taste is round, ripe, rightly tannic. Served at 18 – 20 degrees, it is perfect on very succulent first courses, red meats, game, aged cheeses.
