Produced with merlot and cabernet franc grapes grown in our vineyard of Monte Gemola. The particular volcanic soil allows us to produce this jewel of elegance, refined in aromas and solid on the palate.
ARQUA' Euganean Hills Red DOC
From Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on the flakes of the municipality of Arqua 'Petrarca, a wine of impressive concentration, compared with Gemola one would say the other side of the coin.
Warm and soft wine, balanced, very persistent and fine, made with Corvina, Corvinone, Rondinella, Croatina and Oseleta grapes. The soil of the Pinot Noir vineyards is of sedimentary origin with a high calcareous content and the vinification takes place in whole bunches with punching down as per ancient Burgundy tradition.
