Passed in barriques and large barrels, this wine has a color between ruby and garnet, very bright. The nose reveals captivating notes of plums jam, licorice, earth, musk, flowers and spices.
It lacks finesse or definition. The taste is slender, fresh, with the right tannins. The overall impression is one of great balance.

Dark purple color with garnet red reflections. In the perfumes emerge notes of blackcurrant and lemon balm, accompanied by a hint of oak wood. A wine of great fullness and consistency, rich in tannins and with a persistent aftertaste. Gastronomic advice It should be served at a temperature of 17 ° C. It goes excellently with roasts and grilled beef, game and spicy cheeses.

The grapes come from alluvial soils, where they find excellent conditions of development. The vinification involves twenty days of maceration at pumping over, malolactic fermentation and aging in barriques for 18 months.
Concentrated ruby red in color, the nose reveals notes of black cherry, blueberry juice, undergrowth, licorice and cocoa, complemented by a soft spicy bouquet. In the mouth it is full, with velvety tannins, soft and persistent.
