From the heart of the Franciacorta hills, the Brut Santus Franciacorta comes to life, a Brut different from the others, thanks to the postponed harvest that allows to obtain ripe grapes, able to enhance the magnificent terroir from which they come, collecting the essence of the wonderful place that is Franciacorta. Harvested exclusively by hand, the grapes, 80% Chardonnay and the remaining 20% Pinot Noir, are then transferred for vinification in wood, with a long stay on the lees to make a better and superior class Brut Santus.
A Brut with a persuasive and delicate aroma at the start, and then develop into a full-bodied range with notes of cedar, papaya and honey. A sip of Brut gives an intriguing creamy sensation, given by the perlage, with an elegant flavor and great finesse.

Franciacorta Rosé Dosage Zero Millesimato 2015 Santus cl 75

The Rosé Zero Millesimato Franciacorta represents the freshness and delicacy of the best Pinot Noir grapes, which harvested exclusively by hand and late, enhance the best of the structure and the extraordinary terroir that generated them.
The delayed harvest is also carried out to avoid sacrificing the maturity of the grapes and the complexity of the Rosè Santus.
This Franciacorta, with its countless nuances, enclosed in a glass, ready to be savored and enjoyed in every small and sweet facet.
The intense aroma of wild strawberry and dog rose, preludes the pungent and lively impact on the palate, with hints of raspberries, peach peels and blood orange.

Franciacorta Satèn

With Satèn Santus Franciacorta, you can find the freshness and clarity of a pure Franciacorta, always careful to seek harmony between sweetness and variety of flavors, which characterize it at every sip.
Produced only from 100% Chardonnay grapes, harvested later than the normal harvest, to give it more body and a more complex structure. The color of this Satèn is intense yellow, characterized by great softness and elegance, for the most sophisticated palates.
On the palate it has pleasant citrus flavors and white fruit.
