Bitter that comes from a deep knowledge of the botanicals that compose it and their aromatic properties. The Rivolta family created liqueurs and spirits thanks to the study of ethnobotany by Marco Rivolta and above all by his mother Gianna, an expert botanist. In fact, the first fundamental step for the realization of VENTI is the correct processing, chopping and assembly of the herbs. Afterwards, a cold maceration takes place, for about a month, in hydroalcoholic solution. After a first filtration, sugar and water are added to bring the liquid to the desired gradation. Then follows a period of rest in the bottle to allow the union of aromas and the achievement of the final taste profile. The processing of ingredients and maturation takes place in Piedmont. Twenty lines, each indicating a botany used, make up the number 20 on the label. On the other side of the label the three hands symbolize the arts necessary for the realization of the amaro. In fact, botanical skills, liqueur skills and a pinch of magic are needed to make the product unique. The wind rose expresses the aromatic journey through Italy. A story that unites our country from south to north; Starting from the sea and arriving at the mountains. EDAMUS, BIBAMUS, GAUDEAMUS is one of the most famous Latin sayings: it has always been used to celebrate food, good drinking and joie de vivre, and is proposed here as a hymn to Italian traditions.
